This usually means people have no time to concentrate on solutions. We have! Mediation is to us an alternative but not devoid of legal processes.

We through our vast knowledge and our partnership with legal representatives determine the situation of any given scenario. In plain language we assess the situation between parties whether it is an individual who has paid money to a Bulgarian builder or developer either directly or through a third party and after assessing the situation, give our opinion on that situation. We explain the positives and negatives of the buyer’s situation and also after instruction try to open up communications with the developer/builder and create a situation based on legal requirement but within an environment of goodwill.

Alternatively if you are a developer who has outstanding payments from purchasers who have lost faith or confidence in a project or whose financial situation currently does not allow the fulfillment of their contract, we will endeavour to work with both parties to reach an acceptable and mutually agreed solution.

There are hundreds of different scenarios including but not exclusive too:

-Clients paid but have not received title deeds.

-Developers have not received all payments from purchasers and development stalled.

-Agent in Purchasers country (e.g. UK/Ire) has closed or stopped trading.

-Developers have not received full payment from original agency.
